SM St. Joseph, Papar Choir

hi all... this posting im goin to tell ya bout somethin.. erkk apsal pelat aku lain ni hahaha... wat e berrr... hahaha...

about a choir group that really impressed me... yeah.. i really proud with em... the St. Joseph Papar Secondary School. has won the 1st runner up in the National Level Secondary School Choir Competiton. before that of course lah dorang Sabah State Level Champion kan...?

apa yg saya bangga ngan dorang? hhhmmmm....

firstly, their costume... they are wearing Dusun Lotud (my race) punya outfit.. only the baju and the selendang... then mix with Dusun Papar's skirt. really creative!

secondly, when they're enter the stage... jalan macam unduk ngadau lagi... and when facing each other sambil SMILE...!! mana mau cari...? hahaha..

Thirdly, got Sabahan traditional instruments music mix in the song... if im not mistaken the Sayang Kinabalu Intro song that their put into patriotic song... and while they are entering the stage... the piano also played a Kaamatan song.. hmm..

they sang the Jalur Gemilang and Somebody To Love medley with We Are The Champion Song...
so ready to watch the videos? come on.... saya tau korang mmg nda sabar kan? hahaha...

love their attitude... btw... tu video time dorang menang pertandingan koir peringkat negeri Sabah...

so cekidaut the national level performances...

ahh ni yg peringkat kebangsaan... macam? very smart kan? meanwhile the National level champion was a school that represent Penang @ Pulau Pinang.. best juga.. but i just dont like the way their pronounce malay words such as sungguh jadi sunggoh, bersih jadi berseh, putih - puteh hmmm...btw there dynamic very good... ngam juga lah jadi champion...

used to be a choir member at school... my experiences not very much la... only sampai district level only tu pun dapat no 3.. cos got one house power there.... the St Francis Convent Choir.. very power walaupun all of them are girls... oooowwwhhhhh bikin malu kan... assist by Sister Carmen Cordova.. dulu lah sekarang tia tau... klu dlu mmg dorang la yg selalu angkat ni.. wakil KK (Pantai Barat) p state level.. pastu menang then wakil p national level... tp hari tu dorang kalah ngan St Joseph...

here's their performance at state level where they managed to get 1st runner up behind St. Joseph... both this school nyanyi lagu Somebody To Love but in different way. what that i can say is... SFC (St Francis Convent) still sang the STL (Somebody To Love) same arrangement time dorang nyanyi back in 2005 at Maktab Sabah.. ada pun tukar sikit jak... but i still impress with their performance. but my not to the judges... they look for something new.. tu pasal choose SJ (St Joseph) as the winner.. kowt.. hehehe...
